The phone
Every call that lands mid-cut is a client in your chair getting half of you. You answer it anyway, because the alternative is losing the booking.
For shops that run on appointments
Dayline takes the bookings, holds the deposits and sends the reminders — so a barber, a tattoo artist or a physio can stay in the chair instead of on the phone.

The week you didn't bill for
Every call that lands mid-cut is a client in your chair getting half of you. You answer it anyway, because the alternative is losing the booking.
A no-show you found out about at 2:04pm is an hour nobody else could have taken. It was already sold — you just never got paid for it.
Deposits, reschedules, “are we still on?”. Two unbilled hours a week spent typing the same four messages.
None of it is the work you trained for. All of it is the work that decides whether the month is a good one.
What you actually get
No modules to configure. No features you'll never open. The list is short on purpose.
Booking page
Your services, real durations, real prices, and the buffer you actually need between clients. Clients pick a slot; nobody has to talk.
Deposits
Card taken at booking. Released when they turn up, kept when they don't — by the rule you set, not by an awkward conversation.
Reminders
SMS and email, in your voice. Clients reply to reschedule and the slot reopens itself.
Client history
Formulas, guard numbers, allergies, last four visits and the photo from the one they loved — on screen before they sit down.
Setup
Import your service list, connect the calendar you already use, share the link. No onboarding call, no migration project.
Tonight's takings
$1,284

How it works
Start to finish, this is the Tuesday morning where you stop answering the phone.
Services, how long each really takes, what it costs, and how much of it you want up front.
Instagram bio, WhatsApp reply, the card in your window. Anywhere someone might ask when you're free.
The day sheet is waiting each morning: who's in, what they're having, what they still owe.
Pricing
Nothing is taken out of what your clients pay you. What you charge is what lands.
$19/month
One chair, one calendar.
$49/month
Up to 12 staff calendars.
Free for the first three months of the beta · cancel any time · export every client record on the way out
Questions
Something not here? Write to us and a person answers — usually the one who built the thing you're asking about.
No. They open your link in a browser, pick a time, and get a text. That's the whole experience — no account, no app, no password.
You add them to the day sheet in a few taps and they block the slot everywhere else instantly. Dayline is meant to hold every booking, not just the ones that arrive online.
Yes. Two-way sync with Google and Apple Calendar. If you block Thursday morning for the dentist, nobody can book Thursday morning.
You set the rule once — for example 30% up front, kept if someone cancels inside 24 hours. The card is authorised at booking and the rule applies itself. You never have to be the one who brings it up.
Nothing for the first three months, and no card to join the waitlist. After that it's the plan you pick, cancellable whenever, and you can export every client record on your way out.
